Free Domestic Shipping

  • ***Free Domestic Shipping on Non-Freight, In Stock merchandise totaling $350.00 USD or More in the Contigous United States only! Fixed shipping charges will apply to all Shopping Carts. We will personally credit your shipping charges on Qualifying Purchases.***

Domestic and International Standard Shipping

  • We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. We employ FedEx, UPS, USPS, and, when necessary, freight or blanket carriers. All shipments are insured.
  • Some items are shipped directly to you from their respective country of Origin, others are shipped from the Salon. Many items are in stock and will be shipped within 14 days of ordering.

Once your order ships, you will be notified via e-mail. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. Once an item is put on the truck, delivery usually takes from 5-14 business days. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date.

  • If for some reason you do not love your purchase we will gladly accept the return no questions asked.  Made to Order items are made expressly for you and cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • For regular stock merchandise, You will be issued a full refund minus the actual shipping charges by same manner for which item was paid once item is returned. A 20% re-stocking fee may apply for some items.

2. The merchandise must be in original re-saleable condition, in its original carton, including all packaging materials and accessories.
3. The merchandise must be return shipped at the customer’s expense.
4. The merchandise must not have been installed, worn, or altered in any way.

There are no Refunds or Cancellations on Custom ordered Merchandise... One Exception

  • The exception will be for Made to Order Custom Merchandise, Ordered but not yet Produced at the Time of Cancellation.
